Nilla Puddin'
Summary
Nilla Puddin' that's absolutely devine.  An 'ole Texas favorite that rivals all the others bar none.  My best friend Virginia Cagle shared this recipe with me and I just had to make it.  WOW!!  This recipe came out scrumptious. It is definitely a keeper.

Ingredients:
1 box banana pudding
1 box French vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 Tbl Madagascar vanilla (Watkins)[now carried at Trader Joe's]
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
5 bananas, sliced
1 box Nilla Wafers

Directions:
In a medium bowl add both pudding mixes and stir dry ingredients.  Add milk and vanilla and stir until smooth, but not set.  Set aside.

In another bowl cream with a mixer the cream cheese and Cool Whip together.  Combine both bowls of ingredients until mixed thoroughly.

Line on the bottom of a 9''X13'' Baking and Roasting pan with the Nilla Wafers just touching each other.  With a spatula, spoon on a layer of pudding and smooth.
Add a layer of bananas.
Then randomly add another layer of wafers and any other banana slices you have left.
Add the remaining pudding on the top layer making sure that all the banana slices are covered with the pudding.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve and enjoy.

*Note:  Do not top pudding with any bananas.  They will turn black in the frig.  For a topping you can add a few crumbled wafers if desired.
