Ingredients:
1 cup butter ½ cup confectioners' sugar 1 ¾ cup flour ½ cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy Add flour, mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Roll into balls and bake at 350o for 15 to 20 minutes.
When done roll warm in sugar. Put in airtight container. |
