Ingredients: ¾ cup sugar ½ Lb. butter (NO substitutes), soften room temperature 2 cups flour ¼ tsp. salt, mix into flour 1 tsp. Watkins Madagascar Vanilla 1 egg
Directions: Mix sugar and butter well. Add egg, vanilla and flour. Drop teaspoonful on slightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in water ##. Bake 350o for 10 minutes or until edge is slightly brown. Recipe can be doubled. Keeps well Makes approximately 8 dozen |
