Cumatdo Salad
Summary
The harvest is in and it's time to begin with all the wonderful salads you can make for your family and friends. This is a great one to start any summer dinner party or barbecue.  I got tired of announcing to my family all of the ingredients in this salad so I just renamed it.  The Cumatdo Salad (pronounced Coo maw doe) is a lot easier to say than cucumber, tomato and avocado salad, especially when everybody is asking what's for dinner and I have to keep repeating it.  Patience is a virtue!
