Buffalo Wild Wings
Summary

Buffalo Wild Wings

Directions:
Heat oil to 350o F
Fry wings for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
Remove wings and drain on a rack or paper towels briefly.
Place in a plastic container with a sealable lid.
Add ¼-⅓ cup of your preferred sauce to the container.
Close lid and shake well to coat wings. 
Pour wings onto a plate and serve with celery/carrot sticks with Blue 

Cheese or Ranch dressing for dipping.

MEDIUM
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 cup cayenne pepper sauce
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. granulated sugar
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp. coarse ground black pepper

SPICY GARLIC
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup cayenne pepper sauce
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. coarse ground black pepper


HOT
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup cayenne pepper sauce
⅓ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch 

BLAZIN
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
6 fresh Habanero peppers with seeds
5 lemon drop peppers or Chili Pequins
8 jalapenos with seeds
2-3 cloves garlic
2 cups white vinegar
¼ tsp. ground oregano 
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. dry mustard powder
⅛ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt

HONEY BBQ
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
⅓ cup white vinegar
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup honey1 tsp. liquid smoke
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

ASIAN ZING
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
½ cup corn syrup
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup chili garlic sauce (Sriracha)
1 Tbl. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. salt

PARMESAN GARLIC
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
½ cup butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion salt
¼ tsp. frshly ground black pepper
½ cup parmesean cheese, grated

MANGO HABANERO
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups of mango nectar
habanero hot sauce *caution
1 Tbl corn syrup or sugar
¼ cup cayenne pepper sauce
⅓ cup butter, melted
 
CARIBBEAN JERK
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Simmer in a sauce pan for 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Tbl oil
2 Tbl scallions, minced, white and light green parts only
1 cup water
¾ cup ketchup
½ cup + 2 Tbl dark brown sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbl. distilled white vinegar
2 Tbl. cayenne pepper sauce
2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. cornstarch
½ tsp salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp. onion powder
⅛ tsp. ground clove
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp. ground allspice
