Boston Kreme Pie

Boston Creme Pies... Prepare a yellow cake mix ( I used the Buttery Yellow) according to directions on the box. Bake them in cupcake pans for approx 20 min at 350o. cool on a wire rack. Once cooled slice in half. In the meantime mix together 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding with 1 cup milk...mix for 2 min. then let it set till thickened. Then mix 1 cup cool whip in with the pudding. For the chocolate I used a cream cheese frosting and added 2 blocks of melting chocolate that I had melted. I mixed these together then I added 1 tablespoon of cocoa. 
To serve: put the pudding mixture inbetween the 2 layers of "cake" then frost the top with the frosting and add a strawberry for taste and deco! It is extremely easy and very very good!!!
