Strawberry Popcorn Balls
Summary
Grow your childs imagination by making these Strawberry Popcorn Balls into different flavors.  Orange flavor for Halloween, lime flavor for Christmas or multi colored balls shaped into Easter Eggs for Easter.

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
1 bag (10 oz.) mini marshmallows
12 cups popped popcorn
1 small package strawberry Jell-O

Directions:
Pop popcorn in the 4 Quart Sauce Pan.
Place enough popcorn in bottom of 4 Quart Sauce Pan for a single layer.  Do not over crowd.
Oil is not necessary to pop the popcorn, it will air pop.
Put lid on, if you have a vent close it.
Set aside in large bowl or paper grocery bag, all of the popped popcorn.
Repeat if necessary to get 12 cups of popped corn.

Place butter and marshmallows in a large microwaveable bowl.
Place in microwave.
Cook for 90 to 120 seconds until marshmallows are puffy.
Add dry Jell-O and stir.
Pour mixture over popcorn.
Stir quickly to coat well.
Spray hands with cooking spray and work quickly, forming into balls.
Place on Large Cookie Sheet and refrigerate until set.  Approx. 15 minutes
