Fried Salad
Summary
This comes out like a non-Asian stir fry, but it's good and it uses up the leftover salad.

Ingredients:
¼ white onion, cut into 1" pieces
1 slice red bell pepper 1'' pieces
2 deboned skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1'' pieces
½ cup peanuts

Salad:
l stalk celery
1 cucumber(optional)
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
⅛ head red cabbage
⅛ head green cabbage
⅛ butternut squash
¼ white onion
Sam's Club or Smart & Final's Italian Dressing(CA or AZ only)

Directions:
Put in electric skillet or wok onion and red bell pepper pieces. 
Put lid on and let cook at 350o for about 2 minutes. 
While you are deboning, skinning and cutting the chicken into 1 inch pieces.

Add chicken to skillet. Replace lid. 
Cook for about 6 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in center. 
Stir. 
Add 2 salads with dressing on it to the skillet. 
Replace lid. cook about 1 minute. 
Stir. 
Add 2 fork fulls of Country Brown Gravy mix out of can.(Wal Mart's'). 
Add peanuts.
Stir. 
If you have Five spice add a little of it , too, but it's not necessary. 
Serve on plates and sprinkle with dry roasted peanuts.
