 Summary
1st place ribbon in the Ozark County Fair was presented to Terry Cornio for this recipe. She said that a dear friends grandmother use to make these for them. They thought they were a little bit of Heaven.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter 1 Lb. powdered sugar 1 small can of orange juice, thawed 14oz. vanilla wafers, crushed 1 tsp. Madagascar vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped Coconut
Directions:
Cream together first five ingredients. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut and then roll in coconut. Place on wax paper until set. Store in refrigerator in a tightly cover container. Enjoy! |
