Ingredients:
1 bag (28 oz) potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers
1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup sliced green onions
1 package (2.5 oz) cooked real bacon pieces
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9''X13'' baking pan with cooking spray. Place potatoes in pan and bake for 10 minutes, stirring twice, until thawed and potatoes are hot.
Stir in remaining ingredients into baking pan. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until hot in center and bubbly around edges. Top with remaining half of cheese.
