Wild Mountain Blackberry BBQ Sausage
Summary
Great for those fall tailgate parties at Cowboy Stadium.  Just finish on the grill at the park, also include roasted corn on the cob and baked potatoes for the gang.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Fontanini Italian Sweet Italian Sausage Links

Wild Mountain Blackberry BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
1 bottle blackberry wine
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup honey
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
½ tsp. hot pepper sauce
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup Grand Marnier

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In the 4 or 6 Quart Saucepan, combine the first 8 ingredients of the Wild Mountain 

Blackberry BBQ Sauce. 
Bring to a low boil over medium low heat and simmer until reduced by ⅓. 

Make a slurry of cornstarch and Grand Marnier. 
Slowly stir the slurry into the sauce until it reaches the desired thickness. 
Continue to simmer until you eliminate any starchy taste.

Place Fontanini Italian Sausage Links in the 4 or 6 Quart Sauce Pan and cover with Wild Mountain Blackberry Barbecue Sauce, reserving some sauce for later use. 
Cover pan place in oven for 1 hour. 
Let cool. 

Remove sausage from pan and brush with fresh sauce. 
Grill on char-broiler until heated through and nicely browned. 
Serve with choice of potatoes and vegetable.
