Ingredients:
1 package Double Stuff Oreo Cookies
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbl. Madagascar Vanilla (Watkins)
6 squares of Plymouth Pantry Almond Bark (@Walmart), melted.

Directions:
In a food processor or blender process all of the cookies, fine.
Using a mixer, Cream the cream cheese and vanilla together.  While mixing add the cookies to the cream cheese.
Roll by hand into balls about the size of a quarter.
Melt chocolate in a glass bowl placed on top of a glass plate, in the microwave in 30 second intervals.  Stir after each interval until melted about 1 ½ minutes total.
*Caution:  Do not over cook and burn the chocolate.

Take a plastic fork and remove the two center tines, discard pieces.
Using the fork, gently pierce a ball and coat with the melted chocolate.
Place on waxed paper until the chocolate is set.

*Note:  Place 2 to 4 balls in cupcake papers on a serving plate.  When I made these,  I made the balls almost the size of golf balls  and they were too big and messy.  These are very rich, but really yummy, however, not everybody  likes big, rich, yummy treats.  If they want more they can get more.
These are also good using white almond bark to coat.  Golf ball size will yield about 28 balls, smaller ones will make about 60 to  80.
