Why does this cookware cost so much?
We have a hundred years experience in answering this question and the simple answer is the METAL.  We use the world's top line of T304 Surgical Stainless Steel and three layers of it, three layers of Aluminum Alloys and a layer of Carbon Steel.  These metals are then heat impacted with a machine about 25' in the air that comes crashing down, then cooled immediately to form one sheet of the finest metal ever used in cookware to date.  This is why we don't use flux to glue our pans together like most other brands use.  This is also why we have a true 7ply cookware, we don't count the flux as a layer like other cookware does.

The T304 Surgical Stainless Steel is non-porous so food does not get trapped into the metal like cheap cookware does.  It's the same type of steel that is used in a hip replacement, a pin for your knee or ankle or a heart valve replacement in your body.  Nothing sticks to it.  Except a good cook.  If it sounds expensive, it is, but wouldn't you agree you get what you pay for.  Our pans won't leach into your food while cooking or stirring.  Also, if you were to cut one of our pans in half, you would notice that the metals travel evenly throughout our pans from the bottom and  up the sides, even through the curvature of the pan.  Our lids are made the same way.  This is why our pans cook from the bottom up, the sides in and the top down and reduces your cooking time.  The only reason to have a glass lid is to watch your food burn.  Glass is not a heat conductor. 1810 stainless steel is porous and that is why your food sticks and it makes a lot of work for you to try to clean the pan.

Our handles are made from Bake a Lite which can be put in your oven up to 400oF and the handles and knobs are replaced for FREE forever if you ever need to replace them for what ever reason you might have just call our office or call Stu or contact us on this website.  Our pans can be washed in the dishwasher, too.  In fact our pans can be washed  in sea water and they won't pit. Our handles are not riveted onto the pans, so bacteria won't get trapped.  We even use Stainless Steel Screws to screw the handles on.

All of our cookware is proudly l00%  MADE IN AMERICA and when you buy our cookware 9000 American people have a job.   Remember good cookware isn't cheap and cheap cookware isn't good.
