How to clean your cookware
Before you cook with your new cookware, wash it in hot, soapy Dawn water containing 1 cup of vinegar per gallon of water.  This removes all traces of manufacturing oil and polishing compounds.  It prepares your cookware for use.  Rinse in clean hot water and dry well with a soft clean cloth. (If not cleaned thoroughly, it might cause "bluing" of the cookware.)

After you have cooked your meal you can put the cookware in the dishwasher, clean by hand in a sink with dish soap Dawn and a little Cameo or Barkeepers Friend. Walmart or your favorite grocery store will carry these products.
