Pesto Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage

4 Fontanini Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Links (Hirsch's)
1 lb. orrecchiette pasta
½ lb. green beans
1 cup frozen peas
1 tbsp. olive oil
⅓ cup pesto sauce
½ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to the package directions al dente in the 4 Quart Sauce Pan, adding the green beans and peas during the last 3 minutes of cooking. 
Reserve 1 cup of the cooking water; drain the pasta and vegetables and return them to the pot.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in the 12 inch Large Skillet over medium-high heat. 
Add the Fontanini Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Links and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked all the way through, about 10-12 minutes. 
Let chicken sausage rest for 5 minutes before cutting it into ¼ inch pieces. 

Add the chicken sausage, pesto, Pecorino Romano, and ½ cup of the reserved cooking water to the pasta and vegetables and toss to combine (add more cooking water if the pasta seems dry). 
Serve with warm, crusty Italian bread and enjoy!
